With decades of experience, repeat municipal and federal clients, and a diversified project portfolio, they offer long-term stability and a professional project delivery culture. Job Description Manage assigned projects from kickoff through final closeout Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and change order management Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and inspectors Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scopes Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and logs Utilize Procore to manage project controls and reporting Work closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with plan MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Junior PM Background in K-12, municipal, public, or federal projects Comfortable running projects independently (not just delegating) Strong scheduling and organizational skills Proficiency with Procore and standard PM software Steady work history and experience with reputable contractors Comfortable remaining at the PM level for the next 2-3 years What's on Offer Base salary range of $100K-$135K, depending on experience Stable pipeline of public and commercial work Opportunity to manage full lifecycle projects Collaborative team environment with experienced senior leadership Health insurance and standard benefits package Long-term role with a respected Palm Beach County GC
