- Manage and coordinate all interior construction activities from drywall through project completion.
- Oversee subcontractors performing drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, millwork, appliances, doors, hardware, and final finishes.
- Maintain project schedules and drive production to meet critical milestones.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate punch list completion and turnover activities.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, design team, ownership group, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
- Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate expectations regarding schedule and quality.
- Monitor manpower, sequencing, and logistics to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and company safety standards.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
