Role:
The Construction Project Manager (CPM) will act as a representative for the overall management, coordination, and administration of the construction program associated with the expansion and related enabling projects for one of our aviation clients. This role provides both program-level leadership and day-to-day project management, serving as the primary point of accountability between the Airport, design teams, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Program Management Provide overall leadership and coordination of multiple projects to manage scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder coordination, and program controls Drive successful delivery of the overall construction program across all associated projects Project Management Provide day-to-day management of individual projects, including coordination with designers and contractors Monitor schedules and budgets, administer contracts, resolve issues, and produce project reporting
Qualifications/Requirements:
Demonstrated experience providing construction project management or construction representative services for airport projects Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and consultants Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, permitting requirements, and funding programs Appropriate professional credentials, certifications, or relevant industry experience commensurate with the services provided Experience with active airport environments and federally funded projects preferred
