Oversee the use of construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation, progress tracking, and quality control. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify work accuracy and guide team activities effectively. Implement quality control measures by conducting inspections using tools like ohmmeters and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines. Monitor site safety practices diligently, enforce OSHA standards, and conduct safety meetings regularly. Review contracts and construction estimates to ensure scope adherence and budget management. Lead supervising efforts by mentoring team members, managing subcontractors, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain accurate records of project progress, safety incidents, material usage, and other essential documentation. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a focus on roofing or related trades. Demonstrated supervising experience on active construction sites with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid or similar tools. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols including OSHA standards. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management within the construction industry. Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools and quality control procedures.
