This vital role involves coordinating on-site activities, managing crews, ensuring safety compliance, material deliveries, equipment setup, and delivering high-quality roofing solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills that are able to deliver and complete warranty roofs of the highest quality. Duties Lead and supervise roofing crews on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety standards. Train, supervise, and direct roofing technicians, and subcontractors. Coordinate daily operations, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce assignments to maximize productivity. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of roofing systems.

Quality Control:

Inspect work in progress to guarantee high standards and proper installation of roofing systems.

Communication:

Act as the primary contact for customers, engineers and company management. Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols, conduct daily audits. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety protocols; conduct safety meetings and site audits routinely. Collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues swiftly and keep projects on track Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities, safety incidents, change orders, and progress reports.

Skills Proven experience supervising roofing and construction projects with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Expertise in construction management software including, Bluebeam, Sage construction management, Raken, Microsoft office suite. Must have the ability to create and follow schedules. Knowledgeable in all roofing systems. Experienced with Hi-rise roofing

Experience:

2 to 5 years of field experience in roofing and previous supervisory or foreman experience.

Technical Knowledge:

Ability to read blueprints, project plans, and product approvals, data sheets (such as Florida Product Approvals and NOAs).

Certifications:

Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift heavy materials. This is NOT an office job, you will be in the field supervising large scale projects. Very competitive pay, and growth opportunities.
