Full-time We are looking for a Construction Site Superintendent to lead the overall management and construction of project located in Port St. Lucie, FL. We specialize in commercial development and capital improvement projects with a focus on building long term relationships through integrity, quality, and collaboration.

Position Summary:

Reports directly to the Project Manager/Str. Project Manager. The construction site superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel and subcontractors as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining a high level of quality control, while administering good safety practices with all onsite activities. The superintendent also maintains, organizes, and transmits all field documentation to the appropriate parties.

Core Responsibilities:

Project completion within assigned time frame or earlier. Coordinate and supervise all field construction activities. Call all inspections or ensure that the appropriate sub-contractors do. Work with project managers to resolve issues. Run subcontractors' coordination meetings. Manage and transmit daily all job site activity and documents, e.g. safety meetings, material delivery tickets, job site photos, timecards, reimbursements, etc. Transmit daily reports with a brief but accurate description of work performed, documentation of deliveries made, temporary labor onsite used and job they performed, inspections made and their outcome, etc. Weekly generate and submit an inclusive progress report, noting any issues that will affect the project timeline, and a two-week strategic plan. Responsible for the acceptable quality of the finished product. Responsible for being the competent person on the jobsite to maintain a safe work environment in accordance with all the OSHA requirements. Conduct safety meeting, with subs as required by OSHA. Turn into office using the same frequency that the meetings are held.
