Job Description

Job Title:
Waterproofing & Restoration Superintendent Location:
St, Augustine, FL Salary:
$70,000-$85,000/Year + Discretionary Performance Bonuses Tiello is partnered with an established construction company in their search for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple crews and job sites while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to company and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the construction industry , strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple crews across multiple projects. Restoration experience is a plus. This position requires someone who can work independently, make decisions under tight deadlines, and effectively coordinate people, equipment, schedules, and jobsite activities. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Project Manager to develop construction schedules, sequencing, staffing plans, manpower requirements, and equipment needs. Direct and oversee construction projects to ensure work is completed according to specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Lead and coordinate multiple crews working across multiple job sites. Communicate schedule changes and project updates to supervisors and field teams. Review crew time, production, and daily jobsite performance for accuracy. Assist with job progress and cost reports to accurately track project performance. Ensure crews and jobsites follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Report regularly to the Project Manager regarding job progress, plans, issues, costs, and potential schedule impacts. Organize and manage people, tools, equipment, and resources to achieve project goals. Make timely decisions and effectively resolve field issues under tight deadlines. Provide strong leadership, address conflicts, and maintain accountability across field teams. Monitor project-related processes and make adjustments when necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Ensure projects meet or exceed internal quality standards and customer expectations. Maintain a professional and supportive work environment that reflects the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience in the construction industry Restoration experience is a plus English-speaking required; bilingual preferred OSHA 30 Certification Valid driver's license Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with field teams Experience managing multiple crews across multiple job sites Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including overtime when necessary Compensation & Benefits Discretionary performance-based bonuses 401(k) Dental, health, vision, and life insurance available 15 PTO days accrued annually 7 paid company holidays Company vehicle provided for business
