Job Description

Under the direction of our Project Managers, the Construction Superintendent oversees all on-site operations for our residential construction projects. The Superintendent is responsible for supervising all field activities, coordinating subcontractor work in place, and vendor material deliveries, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel. Coordinate and check all work in place is according to project documents. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and local building codes. Monitor production timelines, reporting progress and issues to the project manager. Interpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards. Check all material deliveries and materials on site for completeness. Maintain detailed daily logs and documentation of project activities on Buildertrend. Ensure proper maintenance and security of the job site and equipment. Requirements Five (5) plus years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Must posses the ability and desire to physically check all work in place during progress. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Proficiency in construction management Buildertrend. OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain. Must successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug screening, background check, and reference check. Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States.

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $115,684.93 per year
