Beckner Construction Inc. is looking to add an experienced Paving Foreman to our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in paving, leadership capabilities, and a focus on delivering exceptional results. As a Paving Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the paving crew, including task assignment and performance monitoring. Ensure all paving operations are conducted in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. Manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of paving equipment and machinery. Accountable for following project plans and schedules, ensuring the crew performs activities to meet production goals and client schedules Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Responsible for completing and submitting all required documents in a timely manner including but not limited to timesheets, daily project log sheets, equipment condition reports, repair logs, receipts, purchase orders, tool box talks, etc. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment on-site Adhere to all OSHA and FDOT safety procedures and standards.
