• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience Minimum of 3-4 completed ground-up multifamily projects as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent Experience constructing 150+ unit apartment communities Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction, podium, wrap-style, or garden-style developments Ability to independently manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety Experience coordinating inspections, scheduling, punch lists, and project closeout Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Local Orlando candidates or those willing to relocate are highly preferred A bit about us:•Our client is an established multifamily general contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality apartment communities throughout Florida.
