This role works closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and office staff to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, accountable, and looking to grow into a full Project Manager role over time. Key Responsibilities Assist with managing active construction projects from dig through completion Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and deliveries Perform regular jobsite visits to monitor quality and progress Provide weekly client updates and maintain strong communication Keep JobTread notes, photos, schedules, and project documentation updated Identify issues early and help resolve problems proactively Help ensure projects meet SPD quality and customer experience standards Outcomes Projects stay organized, updated, and on schedule Clients receive consistent communication and a high-end experience Field issues are identified and resolved proactively JobTread and project documentation remain accurate and current Performance Metrics Weekly client updates completed by Friday on all assigned projects JobTread updates completed within 24 hours of jobsite visits Respond to internal communication within 1 business hour during working hours Maintain high inspection pass rates and minimal avoidable rework Required Skills Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Basic understanding of construction processes and sequencing Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Comfortable using technology and project management software Key Attributes Proactive and accountable Organized and detail-oriented Coachable and growth-minded Reliable and responsive Calm under pressure Team-first mentality with strong follow-through
