CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to and enforce all OSHA, Company, and any other applicable safety requirements with subcontractors and employees Coordinating with building superintendent to ensure drywall installation aligns with overall project timelines and specifications Scheduling & coordinating subcontractors to ensure completion of designated projects in a timely manner and within budget Enforce quality standards for all drywall work performed, conduct inspections to ensure that drywall installation meets specifications and industry standards

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Must have 3+ years recent, verifiable experience in supervisory role for residential and/or commercial construction Drywall experience preferred Ability to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously Experience with construction management software Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must hold a valid drivers license - company truck and gas card provided upon completion of trial period
