A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

- Overseeing sites and crews
- Maintaining schedules and ensuring projects stick to the plan while closely monitoring costs.
- The role requires acting as the on-site leader, ensuring quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the end-to-end bidding process, preparing detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and competitive bid packages.
Working hours:
7:30 AM- 5:30
PM Skills:
- Track record of managing high-budget, custom outdoor living projects ($100k+ to $1M+) for luxury residential or commercial clients.
Crew Training & Safety:
Experience designing and leading internal training programs for hardscape installation crews and OSHA safety compliance.
Subcontractor Network:
Established network of trusted trade partners (electrical, plumbing, gas lines for fire pits/outdoor kitchens).Education:
No Degree Required Experience:
4-7 yearsQualifications:
- 7-10+ years of proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record of managing teams, driving project success, and overseeing operational execution.
- Experience in bidding and estimating, including accurately calculating material costs, labor hours, subcontractor quotes, and project margins to produce competitive, profitable proposals.
- Hands-on expertise in hardscape construction, with deep knowledge of installing and managing complex outdoor features such as custom pools, patios, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, and paver structures.
