Construction Operations Manager

Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Utilize construction management software such as Excel and JobTread to develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Knowledge of Plan Swift for estimating and Chief Architect for plan design Oversee project scope development by reviewing blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and resolve any issues promptly. Facilitate project meetings focusing on progress updates, risk mitigation strategies, and schedule adjustments. Maintain comprehensive documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), daily reports, and safety logs. Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in high-end remodeling and luxury home construction. Proficiency with construction estimating tools and software such as Plan Swift and Excel. Solid understanding of project and inspection scheduling Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership qualities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams on small, mid-size and large detailed projects. Familiarity with construction contracts, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
