Job Description
Construction Superintendent — Active Hospital Environment Experience Required Stuart, FL | Full-Time | $100,000-$120,000 + benefits Cooper Construction & Development is expanding fast, and we're building out our field leadership team to match. We're not the biggest name in South Florida commercial construction yet — but we're growing quickly, taking on more work, and building the kind of team that gets noticed. If you want in on that trajectory early, this is the seat. We're looking for a seasoned Superintendent who knows what it actually takes to run construction inside a live, occupied hospital environment. This isn't "healthcare experience" in the general sense — we need someone who has personally managed ICRA protocols, interim life safety measures, infection control barriers, and the day-to-day discipline of building around active patient care without disrupting it. If you've done it, you know exactly what we're talking about. If you haven't, this role isn't the right fit.
