Job Description

Marine Construction Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Marine Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across a diverse portfolio of marine projects. Our work includes turnkey marina construction, piers, seawalls, bridges, docks, pile driving, shoreline revetments, structural concrete, and specialty marine structures. With a strong and growing presence in the market, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of complex, high-impact projects—many involving over-water work, barges, cranes, and marine logistics. Upcoming work includes large-scale marina construction by barge, seawall and shoreline stabilization projects, bridge and heavy civil marine structures, and technically challenging over-water scopes. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day field operations on projects ranging from $100K to $20M+ Manage field crews typically ranging from 3 to 15+ personnel Coordinate directly with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients Plan and sequence work to maintain productivity and adapt to changing field conditions Maintain jobsite safety as the top priority at all times Communicate regularly with PMs regarding production, sequencing, and schedule opportunities Participate in progress meetings and represent the company professionally Maintain daily reports including timekeeping, job logs, pile logs, and short-term lookaheads Step in hands-on when needed to keep work progressing Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in marine construction or heavy civil marine environments Strong working knowledge of: Pile driving and deep foundation systems Marine construction equipment including barges, tugs, and cranes Working in tidal environments, weather exposure, and active waterways Ability to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and drive production in dynamic conditions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Lucrative performance-based bonus program Health insurance IRA program Paid vacation Company truck or vehicle allowance Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
