Our siding subcontractors install cementitious siding for new home builds ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and scheduling expectations. The ideal subcontractor crew is proficient in all phases of new construction—from layout and framing through exterior finishes—and can manage jobsite coordination effectively and efficiently. We have plenty of work and will give qualified subcontractors full daily work schedules. Siding Subcontractor SEFL Service Area The reporting office is in Stuart, FL. Siding Subcontractor Job Responsibilities Perform cementitious siding installation on new residential construction. Conduct quality checks throughout construction phases to ensure industry-leading standards. Verify progress aligns with project goals. Train crew members in best practices for siding installation, safety, and efficient workflows. Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented work environment. Coordinate daily operations with site supervisors and project managers. Review construction plans, elevation drawings, and engineering details to anticipate issues and prevent delays. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly staged. Enforce OSHA and company safety standards at all times. Conduct routine job-site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance. Oversee proper use and maintenance of tools, scaffolding, and PPE. Inspect completed work for accuracy, durability, and adherence to plans. Maintain records of daily progress and communicate updates to management. Report any structural or design inconsistencies and help develop solutions. Maintaining positive relationships with customer's supervisors, installers, suppliers and other subcontractors. Must fully understand safety policies and uphold quality and industry standard requirements. Ensures security, integrity and confidentiality of data. Siding Subcontractor Experience Minimum two (2) years of cementitious siding installation; James Hardie experience preferred. Minimum two (2) years of leading crews in residential construction. Minimum two (2) years of experience in managing multiple residential construction projects. Must possess a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong ability to read blueprints, site plans, and engineering drawings. Experience with multi-home production building, custom home construction, and multi-family construction.
