Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Shell Superintendent to oversee and manage field operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage jobs, coordinate schedules, and ensure all aspects of the project run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple jobs and oversee day-to-day field operations Schedule and coordinate subcontractors Lead and participate in jobsite meetings Order materials and manage deliveries Schedule and coordinate equipment usage Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Enforce safety standards and maintain compliance Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
Required Experience:
Concrete:
Pile caps Grade beams Stem walls Pad footings Elevated cast-in-place decks Tie beams and columns
Masonry:
Wall layout Masonry openings Wall heights Lintels Tie beams
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in structural shell construction Proven experience in a Superintendent or similar role Strong knowledge of concrete and masonry practices Ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple job sites Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus OSHA certification
