Statewide Travel Required Position:
Full-Time High Bar Communications is seeking a hands-on Field Project Manager to oversee telecommunications and construction projects throughout Florida. This is not a desk-only project management position . We are looking for someone who can manage a project from start to finish, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, communicate with customers, and step into the field to help get the job completed when necessary. Responsibilities Oversee multiple telecommunications and construction projects throughout Florida Coordinate subcontractors, crews, equipment, materials, deliveries, and site access Perform site walks and verify construction scope before and during work Maintain project schedules and keep projects moving toward completion Provide daily progress updates, photos, documentation, and closeout information Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and High Bar management Verify work is completed safely and according to construction drawings and project requirements Identify field issues and develop practical solutions Assist with material pickup, deliveries, site preparation, installation, cleanup, and other field activities when needed Perform physical construction-related tasks and work alongside field crews when necessary Travel throughout Florida and occasionally stay overnight depending on project location What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver who is equally comfortable managing a project and getting their hands dirty in the field. Telecommunications, wireless, tower, fiber, electrical, civil construction, or general construction experience is strongly preferred.Candidates should have:
Construction or telecommunications field experience Project management, superintendent, foreman, or crew-lead experience Ability to read construction drawings and understand scopes of work Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple crews, vendors, and projects Basic computer skills for email, photos, reports, and project documentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to travel throughout Florida Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work outdoors, use basic tools, climb ladders, and perform physical field work Strong commitment to safety and quality The Person We're Looking For We want someone who takes ownership . If a delivery is late, a subcontractor doesn't show up, materials are missing, or something in the field doesn't match the drawings, we need someone who works toward a solution instead of simply reporting the problem.
