is hiring a traveling Field Operations Superintendent to run our structural steel and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) crews. We have jobs all over the country that need supervision, and we need someone who will go where the work is. This is a WORKING superintendent role

• we need you active on the site with the crew, not sitting in a vehicle.

Housing or per diem plus travel is covered.

PAY AND TRAVEL

$40

• $45 per hour, based on experience Overtime paid after 40 hours 50
• 60 hours per week, typically Monday through Saturday Paid housing or per diem, plus travel to and from the job covered Travel is a must
• you must be willing to go to any location we request, anywhere in the nation

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Run the job site day to day: crew assignments, work sequencing, material and equipment staging Work alongside the crew

• hands on, on the job, not supervising from a truck Enforce attendance, safety and quality standards every single day Train and work with crew members and bring newer hands up to speed Keep us updated with daily reports: progress, manpower, hours, delays, photos and safety issues Work from erection drawings and shop drawings and catch problems before they get built Coordinate with the GC, client superintendent, crane and equipment operators Keep the job on schedule and hold the crew to our standard of work

WHAT WE REQUIRE

5+ years running structural steel and PEMB erection crews as a foreman or superintendent Hands-on erection experience

• you have done the work, not just managed it Willing to travel anywhere in the nation we assign, for the length of the project Clean background
• must pass a background check Must pass a drug screen Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) OSHA 30 Comfortable using a smartphone or laptop for daily reports, photos and timekeeping Able to lead by example, hold people accountable and keep a crew working together

PREFERRED

Bilingual English / Spanish Rigging, signal person, aerial lift or forklift certifications Experience running multiple crews or multiple job sites
