Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site
  • Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Proficient in using construction management software (e.g., Procore)
  • Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction estimating
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team of workers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

$90,000.00
  • $140,000.
