The ideal candidate would have at least 4 years of experience with residential AND/OR commercial municipal projects in Land Development design. This position requires strong design experience and awareness of project manager skills. Learn about Halff and our 75th Anniversary What you will do: Responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of municipal Land/Site design projects that may include paving, grading, drainage/storm sewers, water lines, and sanitary sewers Conduct and manage design and plan production Manage clients and supervise technical staff Provide training/mentorship of other engineers What you will need: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree Professional Engineer (PE) License in Florida, or ability to acquire one within 6 months of hire date At least 4 years of experience in municipal Land or Site development design Experience in Florida Strong technical knowledge in municipal and Land or Site design Ability to manage Land Development projects and mentor staff AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is required Experience managing design and plans production Ability to manage clients and supervise technical staff A positive attitude, be self-directed yet a team player, and have a focus on quality, integrity and success Learn more about Halff's Public Works services, check out some of our projects, and meet our team Halff Public Works Services Infrastructure Parks and Recreations Traffic Water and Wastewater Utilities Water Resources
