Position Overview We are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to provide senior field leadership across multiple active commercial construction projects throughout Palm Beach County. This individual will oversee project Superintendents and field operations across multiple sites, ensuring projects remain safe, properly staffed, on schedule, and built to our company's quality standards. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with both ground-up and interior commercial construction, including projects such as retail, medical offices, schools, churches, commercial interiors, renovations, and build-outs. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight across multiple active commercial construction sites throughout Palm Beach County. Manage, mentor, and support project Superintendents and field teams. Maintain visibility across project schedules, manpower, subcontractor performance, safety, and quality. Partner with Project Managers and leadership to identify risks and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget. Oversee execution of ground-up construction, interior build-outs , renovations, and occupied-space projects. Ensure subcontractors and trades maintain productivity, quality, and schedule commitments. Conduct regular site visits and quality-control reviews across assigned projects. Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety standards across all jobsites. Assist with construction sequencing, logistics, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Serve as a senior field resource for Superintendents, helping solve complex construction and coordination challenges. Maintain strong communication between field teams, Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, architects, and company leadership. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor, with significant Superintendent and field leadership experience preferred. Proven experience overseeing multiple commercial projects and/or multiple Superintendents simultaneously. Strong ground-up and interior commercial construction experience required. Experience with retail, medical office, schools, churches, commercial interiors, and renovation projects strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and job-site safety. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schedules, and construction documents. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable utilizing construction management and field documentation technology.
