Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- Manage a ground-up 8-story, 110-unit multifamily construction project.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
- Ground-up multifamily construction experience.
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling expertise.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software. What's on Offer Up to $150,000 plus benefits.
