  • Manage a ground-up 8-story, 110-unit multifamily construction project.
  • Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling expertise.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software. What's on Offer Up to $150,000 plus benefits.
