Responsibilities Manage residential construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the construction process. Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and purchase orders. Monitor project costs and ensure financial goals are achieved. Coordinate project staffing and resource allocation. Identify and proactively mitigate project risks. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company policies. Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, selections, and project documentation. Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional communication and service throughout the building process. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a custom home builder or residential general contractor. Proven success managing custom residential construction projects, preferably luxury homes valued at $5 million or more . Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building systems, and local building codes. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor relationships. Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Compensation & Benefits Industry-leading compensation package.
