full-time About the Company Just Construction is representing a well-established General Contractor seeking an experienced Tenant Improvement Superintendent to join their Orlando, FL team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent with a strong background in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, renovations, and fast-paced occupied environments. About the Role The successful candidate will take ownership of field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day field operations on tenant improvement and commercial interior projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and onsite trades to maintain project schedules. Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Ensure work is being completed in accordance with approved plans and quality standards. Manage project sequencing, logistics, manpower, and daily site activities. Conduct regular site walks and monitor progress against the project schedule. Coordinate inspections and ensure all required permits and inspections are maintained. Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and potential delays. Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to communicate project progress and challenges. Lead daily/weekly subcontractor coordination meetings as required. Maintain strong site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company requirements. Review subcontractor work for quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with contract documents. Assist with punch lists, closeout, turnover, and final completion. Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and project records. Communicate professionally with owners, clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction. Strong experience with Tenant Improvement, Commercial Interiors, Renovations, or Build-Out projects. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades in an active construction environment. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and project sequencing. Ability to effectively coordinate projects from mobilization through completion. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Procore experience is preferred. OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
