Job Description
Residential Architect - Luxury Residential Construction A growing high-end residential construction and design firm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Architect to join their team. This individual will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of custom luxury homes and residential renovation projects from concept through construction. This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who is passionate about residential design, enjoys collaborating with clients and construction teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural plans, elevations, and construction documents for custom residential projects Collaborate with clients, designers, and project teams throughout all phases of design and construction Prepare and coordinate permit and construction drawing sets Ensure plans meet local building codes, zoning requirements, and project specifications Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors as needed Assist with material selections and design detailing Review shop drawings, RFIs, and project revisions during construction Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required 3+ years of residential architectural experience preferred Experience with luxury custom homes or high-end residential remodeling strongly preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural software Strong understanding of residential construction methods and detailing Knowledge of permitting processes, zoning regulations, and building codes Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Health benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) options Opportunity to work on unique, high-end residential projects Collaborative and growth-oriented company culture
