The business operates across multiple Southeastern markets and delivers projects in sectors including: Multifamily, Senior living, Higher education, Healthcare, Retail, Light industrial, Corporate interiors and other Ground-up commercial construction. Job Description The Superintendent will oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. Lead daily site operations and construction activities Manage subcontractor coordination and site logistics Maintain project schedules and milestone targets Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements Collaborate with project management and client teams Conduct site meetings and progress reporting Drive project execution from mobilisation through closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the Superintendent role we are seeking: Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects Experience leading projects valued at $50M+ Background in multifamily, senior living, student housing, or similar projects Strong tenure with reputable construction firms Demonstrated career progression and leadership growth Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Southeast Strong safety, scheduling, and subcontractor management expertise What's on Offer Per diem provided while travelling Vehicle allowance Clear annual based bonus Extremely competitive Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Ongoing training and professional development Long-term career progression opportunities
