Job Description Provide field leadership and oversight across multiple commercial construction projects Support and mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents across the Atlanta market Oversee project schedules, site logistics, subcontractor performance, safety, and quality Partner closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery Assist teams in identifying and resolving field challenges before they impact schedules Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders Help establish consistent field operations and best practices across projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
