Job Description Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on all job sites. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards. Communicate project updates effectively to project managers and clients. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Oversee the use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Experience with managing on-site construction projects. Ground up restaurant and/or gas station project experience. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeastern United States. Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively on-site. Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and reports.
