Job Description Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with regulations and company policies. Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate implementation. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions. Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Inspect completed work to ensure it aligns with specifications and standards. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects in light industrial construction industry. Warehouse distribution and ground up manufacturing project experience. Ground up new construction experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate teams effectively. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in maintaining detailed project records and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges. Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. What's on Offer Competitive salary between $130,000 and $150,000 USD. Strong per diem and bonus package.
