Skillforce has teamed up with a fast growing developer to find a Project Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes. This person will be working on projects around Buford, GA, Athens, GA and Atlanta area.
Project Superintendent Compensation & Benefits Salary:
Up to $100,000 Truck allowance Company cell phone and computer Bonuses depending on project completion Project Superintendent Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day field operations of luxury custom home construction projects. Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of work. Review construction plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and constructability. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while enforcing company safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate inspections with local building officials and regulatory agencies. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain project momentum. Communicate project progress, schedule updates, and potential concerns to the VP of Construction and project team. Verify material deliveries and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment. Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records. Foster positive working relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and trade partners. Project Superintendent Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing high-end residential or luxury custom home projects. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building systems, and construction sequencing. OSHA 10-hour (or willing to get it).
GA GSWCC
Level 1A (or willing to get it). Thorough understanding of local, state, and national building codes. Proven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
