Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (Spanish and English) Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively on a daily basis. Duties Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction activities. Supervise site personnel, providing guidance and resolving issues that arise during construction activities. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and work logs. Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to facilitate clear understanding among diverse teams. Address any unforeseen challenges promptly to minimize delays or cost overruns. Skills Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication on-site and with stakeholders. Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans. Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and clients. Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
