Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination. This role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting. Develop detailed project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks. Prepare and review construction estimates, contracts, and change orders while maintaining accurate documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure compliance with design specifications. Implement safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Experience Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and tools such as procore or buildertrend construction software Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively. Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in contract negotiation and administration is preferred. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
