Job Description Farris Construction has an immediate opening for a Project Manager within our company in Dahlonega GA. The Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery Remodel and TI Construction Projects. The role will involve coordinating every aspect of the project, managing budgets, and maintaining our standards of quality and safety. Farris Construction offers 401K after 90 days, PTO, along with paid holidays. PM's Role Leads the project team to complete projects on time, on/under budget, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Outline the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly. Completes buyout of all scopes while managing budgets. Conducts cost analysis and manage budgets for the projects. Serve as the point of contact for our company, customers, and subcontractor/vendors. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project. Ability to understand revenue recognition, process change orders and make budget adjustments. Performs other related duties as assigned. Travel/Jobsite Visits as required. The Candidate will need the following a minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction will be considered if no degree in construction management. Proven proficiency in interpreting minimal or absent drawings to facilitate project execution. Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex commercial construction Experience in estimating/quantity take-off is highly desirable. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore or other project management related software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong supervisory and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Pay is BOE Salary Not Specified Yearly Location Dahlonega, GA, 30533, Benefits Vision Insurance Paid Time off Health Insurance 401k Dental Insurance Medical Insurance 401k
