Since 1999, Two Daughters Design Company has specialized in luxury residential holiday decorating throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Our team transforms beautiful homes into unforgettable Christmas experiences through exceptional design, craftsmanship, and white-glove customer service.
Position:
Holiday Designer & Installation Team Member Seasonal Employment:
Mid-August through
Early February Pay:
$15-$20/hour based on experience.

Training:
Paid three-day working interview and training beginning in mid-August. New team members learn professional tree decorating, ribbon techniques, wreaths, garlands, lighting, organization, packing systems, client etiquette, and safe installation procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Decorate luxury homes for Christmas. Install and design trees up to 15+ feet. Hang garlands, wreaths, bows, and lighting. Unpack, organize, inventory, label, and repack décor. Load and unload company trucks. Safely use ladders and tools. Maintain a clean work environment. Deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
Creative mindset, dependable transportation, positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly, comfortable on ladders, professional appearance, and excellent teamwork. Experience in floral design, decorating, merchandising, or event production is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Training begins in mid-August. Peak installation season runs September through December with long days during busy periods. Employment continues through all January takedown, packing, organization, and labeling projects, concluding in early February.
