We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Project Managers to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from inception to completion. Please note this is a part time position with an opportunity to transition to full time after 120 day. •

Responsibilities:

•Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project coordination. Estimate project costs accurately by conducting thorough analysis of materials, labor, and other resources required. Manage project budgets to ensure adherence to financial targets and cost-effective execution. Generate and manage project invoices, keeping accurate records and communicating with clients regarding billing and payments. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct daily project check-ins to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure project milestones are achieved. Coordinate timely delivery of construction materials, equipment, and supplies to support efficient project operations. Possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications. Demonstrate proficiency in minor carpentry skills to troubleshoot and assist with hands-on tasks as needed. Be available on weekends as necessary to oversee project activities and address any emergent issues. Maintain reliable transportation to travel between project sites within metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies at all times. •

Qualifications:

•Minimum of 18 years of age. Must have relaible transport Previous experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of commercial construction processes and practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various aspects of projects concurrently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, estimate costs, and handle financial aspects of projects. Minor carpentry skills to assist with hands-on tasks when required. Reliable transportation to travel between project sites. Availability to work on weekends as needed to oversee project activities.
