This role will work closely with project managers, field teams, detailers, and customers to deliver accurate models, coordinated drawings, and field-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead VDC/BIM coordination across multiple electrical construction projects.
- Manage project models, coordination meetings, clash resolution, and deliverables.
- Oversee detailing resources and review Revit models, shop drawings, spool drawings, and layout files.
- Support field teams with constructability reviews, installation planning, and point layout workflows.
- Mentor VDC team members and help improve company BIM standards and processes. Qualifications
- 3+ years of VDC/BIM experience in electrical construction.
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with office, field, and customer teams.
- Understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field coordination. What We Offer
