Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an Office Manager to join their team. The role:
As the Office Manager, you'll play a central role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with leadership, project teams, vendors, and employees, you'll ensure that office operations, financial administration, HR processes, and project documentation are managed efficiently and accurately. This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can comfortably balance multiple priorities while helping support a growing commercial roofing operation.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of Office Management, Accounting, Bookkeeping, HR, or Operations experience. Experience working within construction, roofing or specialty contracting. Experience supporting AP, AR, payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and vendor management. Experience using accounting, ERP, or project management software such as QuickBooks, Sage, CenterPoint, Procore, or similar systems.
