We are looking for individuals who are willing to temporarily relocate for the duration of the project if needed.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent and Foreman to lead and oversee electrical projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will manage a team of electricians, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements. This position demands strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and experience with project management software.
Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians to ensure compliance with safety standards and project timelines. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution. Utilize construction management software, such as Bluebeam and Procore , for scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with local codes and regulations. Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate budgets and project estimates. Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Implement best practices for electrical installations and maintenance.
Experience:
Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent / foreman or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and installation techniques. Proficiency in using construction management software, including Bluebeam and Primavera. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Experience with budgeting and contract management is preferred but not mandatory.
