Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to verify accuracy and facilitate proper installation procedures. Oversee project scheduling using Primavera P6 or HeavyBid to ensure timely completion of milestones while managing project budgets effectively. Monitor construction site safety practices daily, conducting inspections and enforcing compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Coordinate with engineering teams on pipeline installation, conduit placement, and other underground infrastructure tasks while managing subcontractors and vendors. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, quality control, and reporting purposes. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed. Review contracts, change orders, and manage project documentation to ensure contractual compliance and project transparency. Lead project meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress updates, risks, and solutions effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy civil or utility construction management with a focus on underground fiber optic or telecommunications projects. Strong knowledge of construction regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety requirements for construction sites. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. Proficiency with Primavera P6 or Primavera P6 for project scheduling; experience with HeavyBid is a plus. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and reviewing construction plans for accuracy. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes. Experience supervising pipeline installation projects involving conduit placement or similar underground infrastructure work. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
