  • Construction background Summary The CSM Market Manager is responsible for scaling and representing the CSM brand in their local market through a dedication to professionalism and performance, on a daily basis.
The two areas of primary management responsibility for the business unit are sales and production which comprise our unit operations. The Market Manager will be the primary responsible party for unit economic performance. Sales Perform crawl space inspections (15-30 Per Week), create quotes, present to customers and perform follow up processes for sales conversions. Exceed Conversion Rate Goal (40%) Build a strong long term lead pipeline through B2B relationships (Real Estate Industry, HVAC, Plumbing). Manage and achieve high levels of customer and community trust in the brand through active participation in the Google Review process. Achieve lead flow results (15-30 Per Week) by managing all aspects of local marketing initiatives including local digital marketing accounts (facebook, instagram, etc.) as well as PPC, SEO, and other marketing initiatives. Actively manage all aspects of customer lead flow into
VONIGO CRM.
Production Source, hire, and manage repair technicians to ensure a high quality of service is maintained and revenue goals are met. Schedule work that has been sold with customers and manage the construction calendar to achieve revenue goals. Conducts weekly meetings with Production Teams to review schedule and performance. Ensure customer satisfaction on every job by achieving a "No Callback" goal and achieving 5 star google reviews. Order Inventory, purchase tools and manage material purchasing. Manage company vehicles according to work vehicle policy standards. Audit all completed jobs weekly to ensure gross margins are achieved on all individual jobs. Achieve a minimum gross margin of 70% on a monthly basis. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Skills Requirements Ability to analyze basic financial documents (balance sheet and profit and loss statement) Ability to effectively present information to CSM leadership. Ability to solve practical problems. Must be very proficient with modern technology, including: Google Suite, Android or Apple OS, Spreadsheets. Construction background Physical Demands Working Conditions Physical activities (in addition to standard work activities) of this position include: Crawling - hands and knees, belly (army) crawling, maneuvering in tight spaces, working in dark spaces, handling light hand tools.
Compensation Salary:
$60,000 - $62,000
Unit Performance Bonuses:
Monthly bonuses based on NOI above 25%
PTO:
One Week Year One, Earn two additional days each twelve month cycle. Not to exceed ten days total. Seven Paid Holidays each year.
