Reconstruction Project Manager Reports to:General Manager Job Overview:
Manage production crews and jobs according to PuroClean® procedures. Assign and coordinate jobs with crews. Keep General Manager or Owner updated on production, as appropriate. Supervise job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job files, supervise production and monitor jobs from start to finish. Resolve problems quickly as they arise. Perform production work as needed. Provide and communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met. Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years field experience or;Dash CRM Experience Preferred OSHA Training Preferred Role Overview:
The Project Manager ("PM") is responsible for the high performance and successful execution of company reconstruction jobs.Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Outstanding Customer Service (Managing and Exceeding Customer and Adjuster Expectations). - The PM acts as the primary interface between Puroclean and the end homeowner customer. As such, the PM is ultimately responsible for delivering on exceedingly high customer service and ensuring very high customer satisfaction. - The PM also acts as the primary interface between Puroclean and insurance company adjusters/representatives, and is also responsible for delivering on exceedingly high insurance partner service, and ensuring very high insurance partner satisfaction. 2. Executing detailed repairs in a timely manner. The PM is responsible for interpreting the scope of repairs generated by the estimator and ensuring that those repairs are completed in a timely manner. The PM is responsible for profitability and a commission structure is in place on top of base salary to incentivize high performance.. PMs are not required to estimate, however they are required to utilize Docusketch and detail a scope of repairs in system notes. 3. Hiring High Quality, Reliable Subcontractors and Maintaining Relationships. The PM is responsible for sourcing and maintaining high quality and cost-effective subcontractors. This responsibility includes identifying and hiring subcontractors, negotiating favorable rates 4.Managing Subcontractors:
Ensuring High Quality work and Timely work completion. The PM is responsible for setting job schedules, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner. 5. Delivering on Job Profitability and Managing Project Cash Flow. The PM is responsible for ensuring that jobs come in or ahead of the originally outlined profitability target set at the outset of a job. The PM is also responsible for ensuring that timely payments are collected and received according to the milestones set out in the budget, and ensuring that projects are always "in the green" from a cash flow perspective. Able to work for extended time periods in large and confined spaces. d. Able to work for extended periods of time with appropriate respirator equipment - Must pass respirator fit test and medical evaluation.Job Type:
