Job Description
Our client is a fast-growing advanced recycling company transforming difficult-to-recycle plastics into valuable materials that can be used again in the manufacturing supply chain. The company operates a large-scale industrial processing facility and is investing in continued reliability improvements, process optimization, and future plant expansion. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Capital Projects to lead industrial capital projects from concept through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. This is an ons-te role in McDonnough, GA, and eligible for relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple capital projects from development through completion. Own project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and change control. Coordinate engineering, contractors, vendors, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Procurement. Oversee construction, field execution, commissioning, startup, and turnover. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications 7+ years of industrial capital project management experience. Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and project execution. Background chemical, petrochemical, energy, recycling, or other heavy-industrial environments. Brownfield and/or greenfield project experience preferred. Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred. Familar with Primavera P6 software. Procor is a plus PMP, PE, CCM, or similar certification is a plus.
