Job Description Lead all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Address and resolve any challenges or delays during the construction process. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Implement effective risk management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
