About Our Client Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their education K-12 construction division. Job Description Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues proactively. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans for accurate execution. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements. Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address challenges. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and progress reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Superintendent - K12 should have: Experience managing construction projects within the K-12 education sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders. Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting construction blueprints and project plans. Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve challenges in a busy environment.
