With a reputation for strong client relationships, operational excellence, and repeat business, they are committed to building high-quality facilities that serve local communities for generations. Job Description Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion. Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones. Lead subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and buyout activities. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, and field teams. Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with school districts and project stakeholders. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience managing ground-up K-12 projects valued at $20M+ . Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience managing educational, institutional, municipal, or public-sector projects. Ability to oversee multiple project components simultaneously. Willingness to travel throughout Georgia based on project assignments. Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Offer Base Salary:
$115,000 - $140,000
DOE Bonus:
Annual performance bonus
