About Our Client Client is a builder developer in the Moultrie market that operates as a top general contractor servicing client in the K12 education space. Job Description Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and preconstruction plans. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and requirements. Lead cost estimating efforts to ensure accurate and competitive project bids. Oversee value engineering processes to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Review and analyze design documents for constructability and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams to align preconstruction activities with company goals. Manage preconstruction timelines to meet project deadlines. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Preconstruction Manager should have: Experience with preconstruction management in the construction sector. Strong knowledge of cost estimating and budgeting processes. Familiarity with construction design documents and value engineering. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
