Job Description Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and preconstruction plans. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and requirements. Lead cost estimating efforts to ensure accurate and competitive project bids. Oversee value engineering processes to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Review and analyze design documents for constructability and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams to align preconstruction activities with company goals. Manage preconstruction timelines to meet project deadlines. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
