With a reputation for strong client relationships, operational excellence, and repeat business, they are committed to building high-quality facilities that serve local communities for generations. Job Description Lead all field operations on ground-up K-12 construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders. Drive schedule performance and maintain project milestones. Oversee site logistics, phasing, safety, quality control, and project execution. Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning activities. Manage inspections, punch-list completion, commissioning, and owner turnover. Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain strong relationships with school districts, architects, consultants, and trade partners. The Successful Applicant 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Proven experience leading ground-up K-12 projects valued at $20M+ . Experience managing large site teams and multiple trade partners simultaneously. Strong understanding of scheduling, construction sequencing, and site logistics. Track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality. Willingness to travel throughout Georgia based on project assignments. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. What's on
