Join an organization that values its people, offers long-term opportunities About Our Client Our client is a leading commercial general contractor specializing in renovations, remodels, and ground-up construction projects across the retail, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Our team is built on a commitment to quality, safety, and delivering exceptional results for clients nationwide. Job Description Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion. Lead subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship across all phases of construction. Maintain project schedules and drive timely completion of milestones. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to resolve jobsite challenges. Prepare daily reports and communicate project progress. Travel extensively throughout the Southeast to manage active projects. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. Proven experience managing big box retail and hospitality construction projects . Experience with renovations, remodels, and ground-up construction. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced project schedules. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
